Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence – Double Jeopardy has nothing to do with sentencing and therefore is not properly argued in a Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence

I like the limitation on motions to correct an illegal sentence. On the one hand, it would be great if the COA adopted this. On the other hand, I’d be worried if they granted cert on this.
