I’m not angry, Judge Moylan, just… disappointed

I thought the opinion was just “cranky grandpa” outmoded dicta, but the legal analysis is also flawed.
Even more important than the legal analysis: that is NOT what Frost’s poem means (I’m not sure that I 100% agree with the author here; I’d add emphasis to the importance of it SEEMING like the road was less traveled).
